For Providers

Tri-State is bringing providers together to create a collaborative health partnership that will improve healthcare in the Washington, DC and Maryland areas. As a newly formed clinically integrated network, Tri-State will transform healthcare in our communities by collaborating with premier healthcare providers and engaging patients in their health choices to provide value-based healthcare.

Our organization and the reputation of our providers allows us to leverage resources optimally for the benefit of all our participants. As physicians ourselves—we are a physician-owned organization—we understand the workload and workflows that are necessary for patient care, and thus we can design systems in ways that make the most sense both for our patients and ourselves. The results are better workflow, better coordination of care, and better cost-savings.

With a committed and dedicated team of providers, we are confident that together we can provide the best care to all our beneficiaries (patients), while also achieving goals in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
